I very rarely give full breeding rights to anyone and I sell most as pets only with out papers. This keeps away puppy mills and back yard breeders. If I gave you full rights or papers it would be in your contract and Full Breeding Rights Will Cost You No Less Than $1,500.00 up to $2,500.00 because

The purchase of ANY puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available, and all canine illness are NOT covered by vaccination, we require that all Puppy Pawler dogs/puppies be kept on "NuVet Plus Canine." This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation.
NOTE: I DON'T SELL NuVet Plus.
NOTE: You will have to call NuVet to place your order.
You are expected to have this on hand before you or the puppy leaves our home.

AND SPAY/NEUTER AT 6 MONTHS OLD.
Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; you will receive a replacement puppy. These conditions are listed and limited to HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER, HIPS AND EYES ONLY.
No other condition is covered in this contract.
All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of your puppy arriving home.
A copy of the exam (NOT THE BILL) must be mailed to the seller within 2 weeks of purchase date the puppy arrives home. Guarantee starts at the date of actual purchase.
Death: In-case of death, an autopsy stating the cause of death would be required before a replacement puppy. No money is ever refunded or I will need to speak to you Vet right away. No replacement can be made until A.K.C registration, or registration papers are returned if papers are given to you..
This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy.
It is null and VOID if transferred to another person.
In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter as we will not over breed our girls for any reason. It could take months from the date we are notified through a letter from a licensed vet explaining the medical problems and defining them as a direct genetic link to our breeding program. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from next available littler only.
The replacement will be up to the discretion of the breeder (breeders choice), if the same sex of puppy is not available then if agreeable to both parties breeder may replace said puppy with the opposite sex puppy of equal value, however if not agreeable to both parties, then buyer must wait for the first available same gender puppy to be born for their replacement. (Replacements must be taken from next available litter, choosing not to will forfeit all monies paid and guarantee signed by both parties).
Application must be filled out correctly before the delivery of any puppy for any of the guarantee, shipping info, payment info to be enforced. In case that it is not filled out correctly, it voids the guarantee and delivery of the A.K.C registration, C.K.C. registration papers.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
1. The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee fitness for breeding or any dog bred because all puppies are sold under a spay / Neuter contract .
All puppies must be spay or neutered by the age of 6 months old.
2. ALL hernias: All Hernia repairs do not warrant replacement puppy as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy.
3. A.K.C papers, or C.K.C registration papers will be supplied or mailed as soon as breeder receives them. OPEN or FULL REGISTRATION on any puppy sold does change the definition of this contract that you are purchasing a COMPANION PET and DOES NOT GUARANTEE SIZE, COLOR, OR TEMPERAMENT, NOR GUARANTEE FITNESS FOR BREEDING.
4. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
5. All puppies must remain on Purina puppy food for 1 full year.
6. IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ!
We accept half of the original agreed upon price as a deposit to hold any puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy paid for in full plus shipping if applicable, by the puppies’ age of 7 weeks. Puppies older than this must be paid for in full we do not accept deposits on any puppies older than 7 weeks of age. Failure to have your puppy paid for in full forfeits any and all monies paid towards the agreed upon puppy. Changing your mind or any personal situations that may arise causing you not to be able to fulfill the contract forfeits any and all monies paid on this agreed upon puppy.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE PUPPY YOU WANT BEFORE YOU SEND A DEPOSIT OR PAY FOR YOUR NEW PUPPY.
AGAIN MONIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
7. IN THE EVENT A PUPPY SHOULD BE DEEMED TO NOT HEALTHY OR NOT FIT FOR PLACEMENT WHILE STILL IN OUR CARE, THEN A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY OR IF THE BUYER SHOULD CHOOSE, HAS THE OPTION OF CHOOSING ANOTHER PUPPY IF AVAILABLE OR ROLLING ANY MONIES PAID ON TO ANY UPCOMING LITTERS. BUT AGAIN THAT IS UP TO THE DISCRETION OF THE BUYER.
8. SHIPPING. Important please read.
If you are having your puppy shipped you are responsible for all shipping charges, (IE: airfare, insurance on the puppy, health certificate & crate). Once the puppy is taken to the airport and leaves the ground, we are no longer responsible. If for some very rare reason you have a problem please contact your airlines.
(I have never had a problem as of yet) shipping costs $325.00.
9. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions and not fulfilled.
PAYPAL NO CHARGE BACK POLICY*
I the person on this letter have paid for a Puppy using Pay Pal. I agree to forego ANY charge back for ANY reason under their NO REFUND policy. I understand any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit directly with the breeder. I understand I will NOT be credited back on my Pay Pal account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied with purchase. I will get refund any money charged by check when proof of refund is deemed necessary. Buyer's acceptance of any animals agrees that this transaction was consummated within the state of Alabama and consents to the application of all Alabama laws and to the jurisdiction of Alabama Courts. Should a dispute arise out of this transaction. Buyer further agrees that should he or she default in any obligation of this agreement, he or she shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs involved in the prosecution of this action. Acceptance constitutes an agreement to pay the above listed price and totals, with in agreed terms.
