THE PUBLIC Dr. Jimmy recommended that Candy be put to sleep and I simply could not do that after
we " Candy & I " had fought so hard for her to live. I was put here on earth to save and rescue. I am a breeder and I felt that Candy could live out her life as a pet only. I got Candy Strong enough to get her into a Rescue and the rescue was willing to take Candy. Needless to say I was wrong for not listening to Dr. Jimmy Payne because Candy Candy did die at a later date from a relapse and she died in the hands of the rescue and their vet. Candy did not die from abuse and was cared for by my main two vets. Yes, I said 2 vets because Dr. Scott White 205-339-5555 is my first cousin. I do use my cousin because he and Dr. Jimmy Payne 334-624-3378 are Both wonderful vets.
Candy was in Tidmore Vet Clinic for 10 days and had hair when I picked her up. My mouth feel open when they brought Candy into the room after being in the Hospital for 10 days. Dr. Scott White told me that it was going to get worse before it got better and that Candy could still die.
The stolen picture is the bath where all the hair came out into MY hand. I Took the pictures for small claims court and thats my hand in the picture.
I will be posting all pictures of Candy and her horrible case. NO one could abuse a dog to make it's hair come out like this.
This case was in 2006 and I did take the breeder to small Claims court is a very small town of 6000 people where everybody knows everybody and the breeder was 60 something years old and had lived there all her life owning 100 acres of land and very influential in the community. The Judge ruled in favor of the breeder even after she and her vet stated that it did look like a case of Hereditary mange and the breeder agreed. Ruled in favor of the breeder with PROOF of hereditary Mange from Dr. Jimmy Payne, MY VET. I only owned Candy 8 short weeks and the poor dog would spin on one foot all day and when she would stop she would squat from being so dizzy. Candy had to have been kept in a rabbit cage the entire 10 months of her life before I got her. I simply felt sorry for her and thought she would stop spinning with having so much room with
grass under her feet in a huge play yard.

This picture has been STOLEN from my website. Thats my hand in the picture and I took this picture for proof of what this breeder had done to me and the poor dog. I was the PLAINTIFF in the COURT CASE. I was sold the 10 month old Shih Tzu that was being treated before I bought her. When I bought Candy I ask the breeder why the dog smelled of Dip and the breeder brushed it off and said she did not dip her dogs. The terrible breeder sold her to me as a HEALTHY Dog. I only owned this dog 8 weeks before she got sick. I took this dog to 3 vets and Dr. Scott White OWNER of Tidmore Vet Clinic is my first cousin. I also took Candy to Dr. Jimmy Payne of Greensboro Vet Clinic in Greensboro Alabama and Dr Jimmy and Dr. White will tell you I will do anything in my power to save a dogs life even a STRAY.
Candy was diagnosed with Genetic Mange, (also known as Red Mange, or Hereditary Mange).
I also told Dr. White that I thought the Shampoo or eyes drops burned Candys eyes when I put the drops in. I had to shampoo around Candys eyes and I felt that burned also as I had to treat the skin around her eyes and try to not to get it in the eyes. The damage to her eyes came from rubbing her face so hard on the crate where she would push the sides of her FACE up and down the sides of the crate to stop the itch.
The competion has stolen this picture and has twisted it to fit their LIES. What kind of a person does this Internet BULLYING just to sell a puppy. What kind of a CLUB would try to harm another human when they don't even own a dog. Broker puppy mill puppies and MASS production 365 days a year.
Candy had hair when I started taking her to the VETS. She stayed 10 days at Tidmore vet clinic. When I went to pick her up the hair was starting to come out.
